Returns and Refunds

Non-Shipped Orders

If you changed your mind about the order soon after you completed the payment, send us an email, call (see the top-righ corner) or use the Contact Us page. We will issue a full refund for the orders that have not been shipped.

 Return of Rocket Motors, Igniters, Paint

Due to regulations and for safety reasons we do not accept rocket motors, igniters or paint back from our customers. There will be no exceptions to this policy. Rocket motors or igniters should not be sent back to us.
For a replacement of a defective products see below.

Returns

If you are not happy with the product you receive (other than Rocket Motors, Igniters or Paint), return it to us within 30 days from the date of invoice for a refund or merchandise credit, provided the product has been unused, is in its original packaging, and is otherwise in totally resalable condition. Please note that we cannot refund the shipping amount and customer is responsible for any shipping charge incurred to return a product to us.

To initiate a return

- Make sure all items have been unused, are in its original packaging, and are otherwise in totally resalable condition.
- Send us an email or use the Contact Us page. Please specify your order number, name and items you would like to return.
- We will reply with the return authorization on the same business day.
- Pack returned items into the smallest box it would fit and make sure you remove ALL labels from this box.
For Domestic Orders
- We will send you the link to the shipping label.
- Attach the shipping label to the box.
- Bring it to the nearest post office and give to canada post representative.
- We will issue a refund for returned items after we receive returned items minus the amount of shipping charged to return all items to us.
US Orders
- Use your shipping label to send to the US address we provide in the return authorization.
- Bring it to the USPS location and give to the representative.
- We will issue a refund for returned items after we receive your shipment.
International Orders
- Use your shipping label to send it to the address we provide in the return authorization.
- Deliver it to the post or courier.
- We will issue a refund for returned items after we receive your shipment.

Defective products/Warranty issues.

Please email us or use the Contact Us page if there are any issues with the products purchased on our website. Although, most issues related to defective products or missing parts are handled by manufacturers directly, in some cases we might be able to replace a product faster by shipping it from our store.
